This stepped up model in Preston's Superium series is aimed at anglers tackling commercial venues building weights of larger carp. Designed to cope with the increased performance demands, without compromising on overall lightness. Fully compatible with the X50, X70 and X90 models. You can mix and match top kits etc as you see fit. Coming with a generous spares and top kits package with 7 carp kits supplied. You also get a kup kit, along with a Superium holdall to house it all.

Just how good are these poles, I've seen vids on YouTube saying they are the bees knees. Any idea of weight difference from the x70 to this !

Hi Peter,
They've sold really well since the release, and all the customer feedback has been positive. As far as the weight goes, Preston are one of the manufacturers now that chooses not to publish this info. But given this is built on the same mandrel with the top kits interchangeable etc It's likely going to be heavier than the X70.

Preston, like a lot of manufacturers these days don't publish weights for their pole range. They might be able to help you out if you contact them direct but it's not something they give us in the listing information.
