Chase My Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to our courier's tracking page. You can also log into your TackleUK account and go to My Orders to view live tracking for all your orders at any time.
First, check your tracking link from the dispatch confirmation email. If tracking shows Delivered but you haven't received anything, check with neighbours and look in any safe places around your property (garage, porch, bin store) — also look for a courier calling card. If you're still unable to locate the parcel, contact us within 14 days and we'll open a formal investigation with the courier. Most cases are resolved within 5 working days.
Tracking can sometimes pause during transit or at busy sorting facilities, particularly over weekends and bank holidays — this is normal. Allow up to 48 hours for an update. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 2 full working days, please contact us and we'll raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is confirmed. Please call us immediately on 01935 388554 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm) and we'll do our best to amend the address before despatch. Once a parcel has left our warehouse, we're unable to redirect it.
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Express next-working-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri. Free standard delivery applies to orders over £150*. Some postcodes (Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland) may have longer lead times and surcharges — these are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
Delivery Issues
We're sorry to hear this. Before opening the parcel any further, take clear photographs of both the damaged outer packaging and the damaged item(s). Then contact us with your order number and the photos attached — this speeds up your claim significantly. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Apologies for the mix-up. Contact us with your order number and a description (or photo) of what you received. We'll send the correct item and arrange a free collection of the incorrect one — you won't pay a penny for return postage.
Larger orders sometimes ship in multiple parcels arriving on different days — check your dispatch email to see if multiple tracking numbers were sent. If only one shipment was sent and items are still missing, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it straight away.

Yes — we deliver throughout the UK including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and BFPO addresses. Delivery surcharges and extended lead times may apply to some postcodes. These are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.
Back Orders & Pre-Orders
A back-order item is temporarily out of stock but already on order from the supplier. You can still purchase it and it will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives — usually within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page. You'll receive an email update the moment your order ships.
Estimated arrival dates are shown on each back-order product page. You'll also receive a dispatch notification email as soon as your item leaves our warehouse. If you need a firmer ETA, contact us with your order number and we'll check the latest status directly with our supplier.
Yes — you can cancel a back order at any time before despatch. Contact us with your order number and we'll process the cancellation straight away. A full refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Pre-orders ship on or around the release date shown on the product page. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If a manufacturer changes a release date — which does happen with new tackle launches — we'll notify you by email as soon as we're informed.
Yes. We can ship your in-stock items immediately and send the back-ordered item separately once available, or hold everything until all items are ready. By default we hold and ship together. If you'd prefer your in-stock items sent first, contact us after placing your order and we'll split the shipment at no extra charge.
Warranty & Faults
Contact us with your order number, a clear description of the fault, and photographs or a short video if possible — this helps us assess and resolve your claim faster. Depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the fault, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Most fishing tackle carries a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications. Warranty terms vary by brand — check the documentation included with your product or contact us for brand-specific details.
Your rights under UK consumer law depend on when the fault appeared: Within 30 days of purchase — you're entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. 30 days to 6 months — we'll arrange a repair or replacement. After 6 months — we'll assess on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your order details and we'll guide you through the process.
Not always. For many issues, photographs or a short video are sufficient to process a claim without you needing to return the item. For more significant faults we may ask for the item to be returned — and we'll provide a freepost return label, so there's no cost to you.

Yes — we accept all major debit and credit cards, processed securely. Please note that Klarna and other buy now, pay later options are only available through our website checkout and cannot be applied to phone orders.
Something Else
Enter your code in the Promo Code box at checkout before completing your order. Codes are case-sensitive and can usually only be used once unless otherwise stated. If your code isn't working, check the expiry date — if you're still stuck, contact us and we'll look into it.
