Description
The Fenix HM65R Rechargeable Headlamp delivers an impressive maximum output of 1400 lumens, powered by dual LEDs: a Cree XM-L2 U2 cool white LED and an SP-G2 R5 neutral white LED. It runs on an included 18650 rechargeable battery, which can be charged directly inside the headlamp. For emergency use, the HM65R can also operate on two CR123 batteries (non-rechargeable – do not attempt to recharge these cells).
Designed with dual light sources, the HM65R features a 1000-lumen cool white spotlight for long-range visibility and a 400-lumen neutral white floodlight for wide, close-range illumination. Each beam can be used independently or together, allowing you to tailor the lighting to your activity. With long runtimes and robust construction, this headlamp is ideal for mountaineering, trail running, camping, and cycling.
Constructed from magnesium alloy, the HM65R is exceptionally lightweight without sacrificing durability. Magnesium is 32.6% lighter than aluminium, resulting in a headlamp weight of just 69.5 g.
The HM65R offers a maximum beam distance of 163 metres in spotlight mode and 55 metres in floodlight mode. It is IP68 waterproof and impact-resistant up to 2 metres, making it suitable for demanding outdoor environments.
