Q
These power banks come with a lead but no plug for charging, where can I get a plug for charging it
Hi Stephen,
The lead should be compatible with any standard USB outlet socket or plug.

TackleUK
Q
Does the charger come with a plug included for when it is put on charge
Hi Stephen,
The description says "Supplied with one 1m charging cable".

Q
Could I use just one power bank to feed a thermotech jacket and a thermotech seat cushion at the same time?
Hi Mike,
There's only the one type C socket on those powerbanks so I'd probably power them separately.

Q
What cable do I need to charge it up ?
Hi Sue,
I haven't got one here at the moment but looking at the images it states on the back USB-C Input. Plus it comes supplied with the necessary charging cable.

Q
If I pre order it how long does it take to be delivered
Hi Carl,
If you were to place a pre order today, we are currently expecting them to arrive with us in November. Hope this helps.
Kind regards
Tackleuk
