Questions and Answers

Q

i like everything about this reel except the amount of line it will carry. I'm keen to use the new Korum 15lb reel line in conjunction with Korum's power rigs with 12lb and 10lb breaking strain. For barbel fishing. my question is will 130m of 0.35mm line be enough to fish effectively for barbel? i have two powerful barbel rods with 2.25lb and 2.75lb test curves.

Hi Robert, thanks for the question. 130m should be fine, but if you are in doubt further then it might be worth using a smaller diameter line to hold more. Hope this helps. Regards, Tackleuk
