considering the high casting weight of 60g for a 10ft rod i would like to know the strengths of the quiver tips. in addition what does the quiver tip strength mean in practice?

Hi Robert,
The tips supplied with these are 0.75, 1.00 & 1.50oz. In practice your tip choice is normally dictated by the venue and conditions your facing, as well as the size of feeder your using. So the light 0,75 tip is ideal on slow moving river and stillwaters with smaller feeders. The heaviest 1.50oz great for larger feeders on running water.
Also FYI we're out of stock of these at the moment. While they are still available on the Shimano B2B ordering system, there isn't any stock due until later next year.
