The Mustad 39951NP-BN Demon Perfect Circle, inline Hook utilizes the wide gap and specially angled point to roll to the corner of the mouth or lip, resulting in fewer deep-hooked fish and ensuring a safe release. Circle hooks do the work for you, setting the hook by tension on the line rather than a typical hookset. The lighter wire makes this Demon Circle Hook a pick for saltwater and freshwater anglers alike, such as Tuna, Marlin, Sailfish, Swordfish, Sharks, Wahoo, Halibut, Amberjack, Permit, Striped Bass, Skipjack, Bonito, Bluegill, Panfish, Sunfish, Catfish, or Alligator Gar.

I am full of optimism after my first session using a circle hook having lip hooked 5 out of 7 fish.
I believe snelling the hooks could improve catch rates and have devised a method of hooking worm which could prove beneficial. Only time will tell.
