Hi Nicholas,
Although Fox are generally pretty good at giving accurate clothing sizes, for some reason with these they haven't. Ultimately if you order some clothing and find its not the right fit, you are welcome to return them new and unused and with the original packaging for a full refund so you can order the next size up or down.

Got a pair off the shelf and the waist measurement is 35 inches. There is a bit of give and stretch so should fit a 36.
