What size waist are the joggers/ leg

Hi Philip,
Guru don't give us anything as far as a clothing size chart to go on. The general recommendation is to plumb for your matching T-shirt size. Ultimately though if you place an order and they don't fit. You can always return them to us new and used and in the original packaging for a full refund so you can order the next size up or down.
