Description
The bulbous end on Drennan Grippa stops makes for a perfect stop for small sliding rings, or trapping pellet wagglers into position. Two or three lined up next to each other provide a secure adjustable stop for link legers, light bombs and small feeders thanks to the regular size. A larger sized Big Grippa stop is also available, great for dealing with heavy bombs, wagglers and feeders.
The direction of the stop on the main line can also be reversed by taking it off the wire onto a loop of nylon and then transferring it to the reel line.

if i used 2x2.5g waggler weights and a 6g muggler float, would 1 of these stops either side the weights hold the float in position? i would leave 1g on the capacity of the float for weight use further down the line. or should i just try it and see? thanking you in advance, robert.

Hi Robert,
I must admit, I haven't tried this. But if the standard grippa stops aren't enough, you could always try doubling up with two stops either side. Either that or perhaps plumb for a packet of the larger Big Grippa Stops.
