Shimano’s Purist BX-3 range gives you serious high quality barbel rods built to satisfy the demands of the most discerning specialist anglers. With two versions to choose from, a 1.75lb & 2.25lb test curve edition. Each rod features the same moderate/fast progressive tapered playing action, and have a reinforced 3k weave on the butt section for more power when you need it. Both feature a classic full cork handle, a classy Shimano DPS reel seat plus their own brand Hardlite guides. Equipped with a forgiving tip section capable of dealing with hard fighting barbel right up close.
