Hi, I'm very interested in the Drennan Specialist 11ft Quivertip rod and wondered what would be the largest Feeders you would recommend casting safely with this rod to prevent possible breakages?

Hi Gary, thanks for the question. Unfortunately, no casting weight has been specified by Drennan on this range. I have had a look at one and I am confident I could cast 45g+ feeders on these as they do have some power mid the butt. Hope this helps. Regards, Tackleuk.

Hi wanted another twin tip duo but I see am too late so looking at the 11 foot specialist quiver but had no test curve do you know what the casting weight is

Hi Ryan,
All the information we have for that rod is already on the website. As Drennan opted to not give them a casting weight, or test curve. I'm guessing they're not rated as such due to them being lighter than the lowest test curve 1lb-1.25lb.

Drennan haven't given the specialist quivertips a test curve, and the tips supplied are given in the features as 2oz and 3oz.
